Pumpkin Pie Martini

Ingredients

2 oz Pumpkin Pie Filling  (Libby’s canned works well)

2 oz Rum Chata

2 oz Vanilla Vodka

Crushed Pie Crust or Graham Cracker Crumbs

Whipped Cream & Pumpkin Pie Spice

Combine first 3 ingredients in a martini shaker with ice.  Rim glass with pie crust or graham cracker crumbs.  Pour into glass and garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
