Peach Bellini

Ingredients

1 cup  Rum

1 cup  Peach Schnapps

2 cups Simple Syrup

6 Peaches, cut in half

2 cups  Prosecco

Star fruit (sliced for garnish)

Combine first 4 ingredients and freeze. Combine frozen mixture with peach halves and ice in blender.  Blend until smooth.  Spoon into glasses ¾ full and top off with Prosecco.  Garnish with star fruit.
